Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar by Lucia Maria Melchiori is made by the direct transformation of the juice of organic whole Italian apples and not from the regeneration of the concentrated juice.
The whole production process takes place naturally, we do not add sugars, water or additives of any kind. The vinegar, obtained from acetic fermentation, is not filtered, therefore with mother of vinegar. The absence of filtration ensures that the product remains raw and retains its properties.
