Champs de Rose Brut

Predominantly Grenache and Syrah, Champs de Rosé Brut sparkling rosé has delicate and persistent bubbles with refreshing aromas and flavors of strawberries, raspberries, and a hint of cherry blossom. It is light-bodied with a creamy, mineral finish. Pairs well with pork, fish, mushrooms, brie and prosciutto, smoked fish or and chocolate covered berries.
