It has aromas of citrus fruits such as lemon, but also green apple, floral notes of acacia and cinnamon spice. On the palate it is fresh and tense. It is a certified organic wine.
Perfect to accompany seafood, fish and mild goat cheeses.
In the Loire Valley, in the heart of the Coteaux du Layon, Domaine Pierre Chauvin produces a wide range of wines of Anjou. The vineyard of 15 hectares, fully located in the town of Rablay sur Layon, has since 2005 evolved to organic farming (2008 was the first certified-vintage).
