Join us as we explore the beautiful wines from Southern Italy!  This will be a five course meal with pairings.  The menu and wines are still being decided, and will be uploaded as soon as they are ready.

The food will be prepared by Mike Moore, founder of The Blind Pig Supper Club, The Blind Pig Catering Co, and Jack's of Wilson.

First Course- Palmares Extra Dry Rose of Nero d' Avola paired with Roasted Beet & Local Strawberry Salad in Strawberry Whipped Chevre with Pistachio Vinaigrette.

Second Course- Tenuta di Castellaro 'Bianco Porticello' Terre Siciliane IGT paired with Fresh Scallop Crudo, Lemon, Tuscan Olive Oil, Piment D'Espelette, Fleur de Sel. 

Third Course- Ares Vermentino di Sardegna paired with Poached NC Shrimp, Spring Garden Pea Shoots, English Peas, Orzo Pasta, Seafood Brodo.

Fourth Course- Gorghi Tondi Sorante, Siciliane paired with Provencal Beef Daube with Mushrooms, Carrots and Zuchinni over Pommes Puree.

Fifth Course- Gorghi Tondi Segreante, Siciliane paired with Bacon Pot de Creme, Caramelized White Chocolate, Financier, Roasted Raspberries.
