On the nose, this astonishing wine entices with generous aromas of blueberry and dark cherry, wild sage and lilacs. On the palate, its mouth-filling texture is perfectly balanced with bright acidity and a beautiful core of ripe fruit, followed by an incredibly persistent mineral and herbal finish. Its fine-grained tannins and weight with out heaviness ensure that it is drinkable now but will age for many years to come. All Jax wines are produced using 100% native spontaneoous yeast. Only 76 barrels made.
