Pittnauer Rose by Nature Burgenland

A textured, rounded rosé with a nose of strawberries, hay & herbs. The palate has notes of salted watermelon, strawberries & minerality with a bit of acidity on the finish. Pop the bottle a bit before you want to drink it for the fruit notes to really shine!
From vines planted to loamy chalk soils in the Altenberg, Salzberg and Rosenberg vineyeards. Spontaneous fermentation with ambient yeasts, no temperature control and no SO2. The wine is both matured in stainless steel and amphora.

Varietals: 90% Blaufränkisch, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon

ABV: 12%
