A young, cheerful wine, it abides by Tuscan tradition and instantly epitomizes the Bonsalto style. Delectable, sharp and fresh, it has heady flavors of spring flowers and just-picked red berries. The mouthfeel is subtle, flavorsome and quite palatable. A wine that can be light-heartedly drunk with friends. Varietals: largely Sangiovese, black Malvasia and Colorino. Today the business is spearheaded by Valentina, Donata, Nicoletta and Leonardo but the new generation is peeping up already. Seven grandchildren, foreshadowing the continuation of a tradition but with a modern twist: Rebecca, Cesare, Bernardo, Guido, Allegra, Ottavia and Lavinia.
