Brilliant rose, fine and persistent beads, notes of peach flowers, pink grapefruit and rose hip. Fresh on the palate, intense the hint of grapefruit, fine and elegant tannins. Pair with cured ham and salame, omelettes, pizza, pasta with meat sauce, stewed or baked fish, fish soup.

Terraquilia is a small estate located in the hills of Guigila, south of Modena, in the Emilia-Romagna region of northeast Italy, and sits at an elevation of 450 meters. Romano Mattioli is the owner and winemaker, and since the beginning he has been growing grapes organically and making wines naturally, using traditional methods, with minimal intervention in the cellar and very low levels of added sulfites.
