The result of the combination from grapes and must from the Emilia Romagna region, this balsamic dressing rests in wooden barrels for at leat 4 years before being ready. It has a characteristic dark brown color and a full-bodied and consistent appearance. On the nose it is fine and enveloping, pleasantly elegant and harmonious, with hints of ripe grapes. In the mouth it is full and persistent, of notable softness and persistence. It enriches aged cheeses, white and red meats. It goes well with fruit, desserts in general and ice cream.
