VB03 means Vin Biologique 03, it is the third trial made by Elemart Robion to produce a pure organic biological champagne in a land where the climate is sometimes requiring a lot of interventions in vineyard to preserve the stability of the production.
Vinification is done slowly and naturally, in a non-interventionist approach. There is no filtration or fining.
