The first of its kind, this is Japan’s first genuine drink made entirely using koji rice. With a recipe similar to that of sake’s, this drink has an exquisite taste noted by the perfect balance of the sweetness and the refreshing sour taste which resembles the world’s most precious wines. Aged for more than 12 years, the drink has a unique fragrance, amber color, rich taste and the charm of aged sake.
