Matho wines are grown in northeastern Italy, 50 km from Venice in the Prosecco DOC wine region, and since 2003 have been cultivated in accordance with organic farming. They do not use pesticides, herbicides or any other products. They use sustainable vine-growing methods to minimize the impact on the wine-growing ecosystem. In the vineyard, they try to preserve the entire ecosystem in order to protect and support its development and the natural balance between beneficial and harmful insects, because they are the ones who help them make wine. Their commitment to viticulture is to respect fruit: they do not use any oenological auxiliaries and keep sulphites to a minimum so that each wine can perform as well as possible.
In addition, they do not use any ingredients of animal origin, so all wines are made from plant ingredients and are certified as vegan.
