Nose: The nose is open and very fruity, with notes of yellow lemon, grapefruit, mirabelle plum and white flowers such as lime. Palate: Dry wine "vertical", racy, it is built around a beautiful freshness and vivacity. These mineral notes (flint) and its monumental balance makes it a gastronomic wine par excellence. Food pairing: Riesling goes wonderfully with fish, shellfish such as shrimp and wasabi maki, grilled scampi with yuzu or sole meunière. Excellent on virgin sauces or a cucumber with cream. During cheese, goat and sheep delight in this fresh and expressive wine.
