Grown in clay soils around 1800ft. Fermented in a combination of barrique and larger foudres, and then barrel-aged for about a year before bottling, this exotic wine bridges the styles of Burgundy with the floral minerality typical of the grape variety. Farming and winemaking are completely organic, as they have been for over 270 years.
