Join us as we welcome Ronnie Janssen to Triangle Wine Company for this exciting look at Chilean wines from Lapostolle Winery!
Ronnie Janssen, VP Sales Lapostolle, has almost 30 years of experience in the wine industry, 20 of which at Domaines Bournet Lapostolle. He started out in the Wine Industry as a Guide at Champagne Moet et Chandon, followed by a role as Export Manager at Champagne Lanson covering Eastern Europe and the Caribbean, and then was Business Director for Continental Europe at Treasury Wine Estates. At Domaines Bournet Lapostolle, which he joined in 2002, he was previously in charge of EMEA & Special Operations and is now Senior Vice President Lapostolle Global Sales & Marketing.
About the winery:
Lapostolle was founded by Alexandra Marnier Lapostolle and her husband Cyril de Bournet in 1994. After visiting Chile, Alexandra and Cyril not only fell in love with the Apalta Valley, they also detected the country's enormous potential to produce high-quality wines due to its exceptional geographical characteristics. Lapostolle is recognized throughout the world for its quality and its extraordinary ability to express the Chilean terroir.
Matt Weiss from Winebow and the NC Food & Bev Podcast will also join us! There will be small bites to pair with the wines included in the ticket price.
Small bites will be included in the ticket price.

Attending In-store Events
Attending In-store Events
🛎 When you arrive to the store location for the event, check in at either the registers located in the front of the stores or the bar area in the rear by giving the name you provided when purchasing the ticket(s) (if uncertain, consult your order confirmation email).
⌛️ Events are advertised with a start and end time, but tend to run longer because everyone is having a great time.
👔 There is no dress code for attending in-store events. The most important thing is that customers are comfortable when they attend any of our store events. Most tastings and wine classes are casual and laidback while wine dinners featuring higher-end wines typically inspire business casual attire, though not "formal".
🏷 One of the perks of attending Triangle Wine Company events is the opportunity to purchase wines showcased during the tasting (some may be rare/small production, some are offered at a significant discount depending on purchase quantity). However there is no obligation to do so. Email subscribers sometimes receive an exclusive offer to purchase event wines at a reduced price (if not the full event discount) after the live event.
🧀 Most events feature foods, from light snacks (crackers, nuts, cheese, fruit) to multi-course dinners. Generally, food served will not be nut-allergy safe or vegan-friendly unless specified. Those with severe allergies and other dietary considerations should contact us and we may be able to accommodate requests, but this is not something we can guarantee nor do we assume responsibility for an individual's medical needs.
