Nose: Clear-cut and expansive, with hints of cherries, plum jam and raspberry. Palate: Cherry tones , warm and round, savory with nice long, slightly dry aftertaste. Pairing: Similar pairings as with a Barolo but a little lighter with pasta, truffles, poultry , veal and game .
