White Sangiovese! Since the must is separated from the skins after just a few hours, this 100% red Sangiovese is a light colored white wine. Fermented in stainless and then aged for a few months in oak. Fresh pear, spice, acidity.
Pairing: starters, pasta/rice with vegetables, fish-based dishes, white meats.
