Aging capacity: Great evolutionary capacity, we recommend consumption in the 15/20 years after bottling. Pairing: Pair with homemade Italian pasta with beef or mushrooms and perhaps even some truffles on top! Production area: “Roggeri” area (south of La Morra Hill)
