Refreshing orange wine delivering texture and balance. Each variety is hand-picked and processed separately. Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc are macerated on the skins for the duration of the fermentation. Chardonnay is destemmed and pressed, then barrel fermented in old French oak barrels for 12 months.
