Winemaker Vincent Girault blends indigenous Loire varietals - 40% Pineau d'Aunis, 20% Grolleau Gris and 20% Groslot Noir with 20% Pinot Noir - to create this stunning sparkler floral aromas, restrained red berry flavors, fine bubbles, minerality and a whiff of brioche. Perfect with appetizers like a raw bar with oysters on the half shell or a fluke crudo. Clos de la Briderie sits on the right bank of the Loire River and has been family run since 1854 by the Giraults.
