Sleek, wonderful balance, with green apple and fuji apple, juicy pear, bright floral, chipped chalky stones, backed up with crisp acidity and a nice streak of minerality. Med/med+ body, med+ palate intensity and finish. A notch above textbook AOC Chablis. The grapes are from the Pargues vineyard, formerly classified Premier Cru, but not being worked when reclassification was done following WWII.
