    Our Blanc de Blancs typifies the linear purity of this classic style. We select our finest lots of Chardonnay that exhibit natural minerality, ensuring that the wine has both finesse and elegance as well as the requisite qualities for extended ageing. Bright golden in color, with aromas of preserved lemon, ripe pear and brioche. The palate is rich and elegant, with candied citrus, stone fruits and toasted hazelnuts. A complex wine with attractive mineral notes and a long, rounded finish. This wine is a great accompaniment to seafood in general, but is perfect with freshly shucked oysters.

    "Disgorged in March 2019 under natural cork, Gusbourne's 2014 Brut Blanc de Blancs is showing very well indeed, unwinding to reveal aromas of crisp green orchard fruit, spring blossom, fresh bread, macadamia nuts and white currants. Medium to full-bodied, vinous and elegantly fleshy, it's seamless and complete, with fine depth at the core, racy acids and an elegant pinpoint mousse. Long and precise, this stands out as one of the finest offerings in its category."
