Tasting Notes: This vintage sparkling wine from D.O. Classic Penedes is clean, intense and aromatic. Notes of mature white fruit, pear, peach and candied ginger have developed with aging. “Brut nature” is bone dry with a refreshingly long finish with fine bubbles.
Quite fresh with notes of cinnamon and citrus, as well as brioche and croissant. Sleek and balanced with fine-grained bubbles and mean acidity. Drink now.

About: Balma Reserva Brut Nature is a cava from the appellation of origin (D.O) Penedès produced by the winery Mas Bertram located in Sant Martí Sarroca (Barcelona). Balma Reserva Brut Nature is produced from the varietals Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Perellada. The graped originate from old vines of about 40 years old. During production, the grape is first destemmed and put though a selection process. After which, it is fermented in steel tanks at a temperature of 14-15ºC for 45 days. Once finished with the vinification process, Balma Reserva Brut Nature is aged for 24 months on its lees.
